CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY
We at Peppermint Organics strive to meet your needs for your organic produce with maximum customer satisfaction. Orders once placed can only be cancelled by 10pm on the day of ordering. No order cancellation request will be accepted by Peppermint Organics after 10pm on the day of placing order due to finalizing of order and processing for delivery as produce once made ready for a customer aren't suitable for re-sale to different consumers.
Orders can be cancelled by writing to us at email@example.com and a representative would help cancel the order for you and a refund process will be initiated immediately. If mode of payment while ordering was Credit/Debit card, please wait for 5-10 days for the amount to be reflected on your bank statement.
At Peppermint Organics, we ensure quality first products and before every order dispatch our
quality experts ensure that there is no defect or issues of any kind. However our products
being consumer based, can not be returned. In a rare case of produce defect, we will ensure
full refund on the order.
REFUND FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCE:
At Peppermint Organics, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with products ordered by you. In rare circumstances of our produce being defective, damaged or lost in transit, please promptly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the produce and any images of the defect on the produce. After being looked into, a refund process will begin immediately.
